For the purpose of issuing an Angling Licence and to discharge its functions under the Inland Fisheries Act 1995, the Service is required to collect personal information. Under the Personal Information Protection Act 2004, the Service is the custodian of that information and the collection, use and disclosure of information is governed by that Act.
