Gray Matters invoices go electronic
Gray Matters, the advertising company that places the Government's job, tender and public notice advertisements, will be sending invoices electronically from 1 July 2013.
Currently, agencies receive hardcopy invoices with a copy of each individual ad attached to the invoice.
The electronic invoices will include a copy of each ad, but shown within the composite ad (i.e. alongside all the other tender/job/public notice ads appearing that day).
