First Home Owner Grant (FHOG)Under the FHOG scheme, eligible applicants are entitled to a one-off payment of up to $7 000. The grant is not means tested and there is no cap on the value of an eligible home. For further information on the FHOG refer to the FHOG guideline relevant to your circumstances.
First Home Builder Boost (FHBB)The FHBB is available to eligible applicants purchasing a newly built home or building a home. Applicants who enter into a contract to buy or build a new home, or who commence building their new home may be eligible to receive an extra payment of $23 000.
