Need some help? The following information gives a brief description of how to access and locate information on this site.

The menu bar across the top of each page is your main menu. It provides access to the four major sections of this site:

Each section has its own colour and image to help identify the section you are in.

Throughout this site you will notice links which are underlined words. This is an example link. Simply click on one of these underlined words and this will take you to another page either within the site or to an external site.

> Search Tips

A search box for finding information on this site is located on every page. Following are some basic tips to assist with searching.

 

Simple Query

A simple query uses single words or phrases. For example: entering the word ‘claim’ finds all documents with the word claim in them.

AND
Search for two or more words at once by using the word AND in capitals. For example: entering the words claim AND benefits' finds all documents with the words ‘claim’ and ‘benefits’ in them.

OR
Search for words that are similar to each other using the word OR in capitals. For example: entering the words media OR press' finds all documents with the words ‘media’ or the word ‘press’, but not necessarily both.
