Need some help? The following information gives a brief description of how to access and locate information on this site.

A search box for finding information on this site is located on every page. Following are some basic tips to assist with searching.

Simple Query

A simple query uses single words or phrases. For example: entering the word ‘claim’ finds all documents with the word ‘claim’ in them.

AND
Search for two or more words at once by using the word AND in capitals. For example: entering the words ‘claim AND benefits' finds all documents with the words ‘claim’ and ‘benefits’ in them.

OR
Search for words that are similar to each other using the word OR in capitals. For example: entering the words ‘media OR press' finds all documents with the words ‘media’ or the word ‘press’, but not necessarily both.
