Semi circle dot patternA series of fact sheets were produced initially to support community and stakeholder consultation around the draft exposure Bill, the draft Aboriginal Heritage Protection Bill 2012.

The fact sheets have been updated as necessary to reflect changes to the proposed legislation that have been decided in response to public consultation processes.

The fact sheets cover key aspects of the proposed legislation. In addition, there are specific fact sheets that deal with the implications of the new legislation on development activities, as well as for the agricultural, forestry and mining sectors.
