We are taking action in three key activity areas: Clearing the way for job-creating projects Building business and consumer confidence Growing Tasmania’s natural advantages We are taking action right now to help Tasmanians into work by: Delivering payroll tax relief to more than 2250 businesses so they can employ more Tasmanians. Boosting the successful Tasmanian Government Innovation and Investment Fund with an extra $2.5 million for grants to businesses. Providing $11.5 million over the next two years to help Tasmanians build new homes through the First Home Builders Boost. Our priorities build on the work we are doing through the Tasmanian Jobs Package, the Economic Development Plan and our regional strategies.
