State Government Approvals process (Environment Protection Authority)
Under Tasmania's resource management and planning system the Board of the Environment Protection Authority has statutory responsibility for environmental impact assessment of proposed Level 2 activities and other proposed activities where they have been 'called-in' for assessment by the Director, Environment Protection Authority.
