State Government Environment Protection Authority Board
The Board has a number of statutory responsibilities under environment legislation including assessing and regulating large industry in Tasmania. Other statutory functions include the assessment of environmental improvement programs, environmental agreements and environmental audits. The EPA Board may also advise the Minister on matters that may significantly affect the achievement of the objectives of the Act
State Government Environment Protection Authority Tasmania (EPA)
The EPA is Tasmania's principal environmental regulator. It administers the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 and is an integral part of Tasmania's resource management and planning system

State Government LIST (Land Information System Tasmania)
The Tasmanian Government's land information system, the LIST is the primary source for quality Tasmanian land and resource information such as title, properties, valuation, mapping, surveying, and natural resources including vegetation and threatened species, tenure and orthophoto imagery. Also contains climate change information for temperature and precipitation. LIST also includes an internet based map viewer called LISTMap, enabling users to view and create maps, and interrogate data from over 200 spatial datasets
