Carbon Tax Package already affecting Local Business.

Senator Stephen Parry today expressed concern as the adverse impact of

Defence cuts

Labors attitude towards defence will take years to recover from. Since the 2009 Defence White Paper, we have seen somewhere between $21 and $25 billion dollars taken out of the Defence budget.

The 2012 Budget announced $5.5 billion worth of cuts over the next four years - reducing annual funding of Defence to the lowest level, as a proportion of GDP, since 1938.
