Maximising site search functionality

Governments are increasingly reliant on the web as a means of providing public access to an increasing volume of material. Effective site search functionality needs to be built in from the beginning, when a site is developed - not as an add-on - so users can locate specific information easily. The Maximising Site Search Functionality Toolkit brings together relevant ‘better practice’ resources for Agencies seeking to maximise the value of a site search facility.
