Department of Premier and Cabinet TMD

TMD offers a range of business communication services to support its standard telephone services.

 

These supporting services provide flexibility and efficiencies that allow users to manage their individual telephony needs.

 

These services include:

  • Telephone support services - Call queuing and voice mail
  • Branch office (small sites) telecommunications
  • Inbound call services (1300/ 1800)

 

In addition, TMD manages:

  • The Government Call Centre (GCC), which operates the Service Tasmania telephone service channel and the one number for Government.
  • The Government Directory Service (GDS), which provides contact information about people and services provided within the Tasmanian Government.
