Apply to become a registered user

STORS will accept registration from government agency business units that are officially responsible for the management/publication of agency documents or for the provision of published material to the State Library or Archives Office under legal deposit or disposal schedules requirements.

STORS will also accept registration from local government, commercial publishers and community organisations that publish documents. Individuals may also contribute items to STORS via a Guest login facility. Items contributed by Guests will not appear live on STORS until they have been approved by the STORS administrator.

Personal information will be collected from you for the purpose of administering our electronic document submission process and will be used by LINC Tasmania for long-term document preservation purposes only.

LINC Tasmania may be unable to process your application if you do not provide this information.

Your personal information will be used for the primary purpose for which it is collected.

Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 and may be accessed by the individual to whom it relates on request to LINC Tasmania.
