The Government Information and Services Division provides:
- policy advice to government
- whole-of-government information technology, information management and information systems strategy and policy
- electronic service delivery across government
- project management methodology and advisory services
- information and communications technologies related policies and practice
- provides advice to Government and Agencies on telecommunications and information technology issues
It consists of three units:
The Government Information and Services Division Management Group ensures that these units work collaboratively in areas where policy and service delivery go hand-in-hand.
